VISIT

COME VISIT US!

YOU ARE WELCOME HERE

We look forward to meeting you!

We understand it isn't easy to walk into a church for the first time...whether you have been a Christian for years or are just checking things out for the first time. So, we strive to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

When you arrive for worship (Sundays @ 10 am), you will be welcomed by our greeters as you enter the front door of the church. The greeters are there to help address your needs from how to enter the sanctuary to where the restrooms are located to the ways we partake of communion. Feel free to ask the greeter whatever questions you may have.

For the children, during the worship service, we offer a nursery for children from birth through two years old. Also, after the announcements, children ages three through fifth grade will be dismissed to their small group studies. For children ages three through second grade, we offer Worship and Wonder which is a multi-sensory children's program. Superbook Academy which is a video based curriculum is available for children ages third grade through fifth grade.

We serve communion every Sunday. The deacons serve communion to the congregation by passing trays from pew to pew. If you would rather, you may pick up a prepacked communion set on your way into the sanctuary.

Service consists of congregational singing, prayer, a message from the pastor, and special music by the choir. On 5th Sundays, we have Music Sundays. These services do not have a message from the pastor. Instead the message is brought through music by talented musicians in the congregation or special guests. Following 5th Sunday services, we share together in a meal in the Fellowship Hall. These range from covered dish meals brought by congregation members to catered meals.

We collect offering each week during service. As a guest, please do not feel obligated to give. However, if you choose to do so, you may give by cash or check as the offering plate is passed among the pews by the deacons. You may give through our app or website and we also accept financial gifts via mail at PO Box 442, La Grange, NC 28551.

At 9:00 am on Sunday mornings, we have Adult Sunday School as well as Children's Worship Service. There are two Adult Sunday School classes. The Young Adult Class (ages 18-30ish) meet upstairs while the more seasoned Adults meet in the Fellowship Hall. Children's Worship meets upstairs in the Children's Worship room and includes worship through music, a message, prayer, and communion.

If you have any other questions regarding visiting, worship, or the church overall, please feel free to contact us via our contact page. We look forward to seeing you soon.
